While there is always risk, we are adhering to best practices to ensure we create a safe and secure place for your memories. We are not fans of the lack of data privacy from the big social media platforms out there, and so wanted to ensure we earned your trust from day one.

10 things to know about how Lalo keeps your data Safe and Private.

  1. Privacy and security is the most important feature of Lalo.
  2. Your data is YOURS! You can ask about it, get it back, or delete it anytime.
  3. At Lalo you are not the Product, we built this for YOU. We will never sell or share your data or personal information (PERIOD).
  4. You can delete all of your data anytime by going to Settings > Account > Delete all my Data.
  5. We will make it easy to export all your memories so you can keep it safe.
  6. All your account and post data is stored in ENCRYPTED form.
  7. We store your data in the cloud, in multiple geographical locations as extra insurance to ensure nothing gets lost.
  8. We take periodic snapshots of the data, to ensure nothing is accidentally deleted.
