Spooky Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- ¼ cup sugar
- ⅓ cup butter or margarine
- ¼ cup melted dark chocolate
- ¼ cup melted white chocolate
Directions:
Knead and roll out the dough. Shape the circles with a cookie cutter and bake on low heat. They must not turn into a golden color. Dip them from the top in dark or white chocolate, make a spiderweb pattern -first make a spiral pattern with white chocolate on a background of dark chocolate (or vice versa white on dark chocolate), and then use a toothpick to draw lines from the middle towards the edges. That's how you'll get a spider web pattern. Wait for cookies to cool before eating them.
Mummy Brownies
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup butter
- ¾ cup dark chocolate
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- White decorating icing
- Candy eyes
Directions:
Preheat your oven at 350 degrees. Prepare an 8x8 pan. Line the bottom of the mold with baking paper, grease the edges. Cut the chocolate into smaller pieces of the same size, and the butter into cubes. Place both (chocolate and butter) in a heat-resistant container and melt in steam or in the microwave. Add sugar to the melted mixture and mix everything well with a whisk. Now add the egg one at a time, mixing with a whisk between each addition. At the end, mix
in cocoa and flour. Combine everything well with a spatula. The mixture will be compact and shiny. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and bake for about 30 minutes. The brownies should be slightly moist in the middle, be careful not to overbake the brownies.
After 10 minutes, take the brownies out of the pan onto a cooling rack and let them cool completely.
Cut into 12 equal pieces. Decorate with white icing and candy eyes.
Enjoy!
